The WV Board of Physical Therapy has the responsibility of investigating any wrong-doings of licensed Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Athletic Trainers. We take any allegation of illegal or immoral behavior very seriously and investigate any complaints as quickly and thoroughly as possible. In the event that a PT/PTA or AT has been found to have violated any of the Rules or Regulations pertaining to their profession, the Board will issue a penalty appropriate for the infraction. All disciplinary actions issued by the Board are a matter of public record.
